We at Scarf Tube Diva want you to have a wonderful experience. So we inspect each shipment and describe them to the best of our ability. Keep in mind the color and texture of the natural stones in the tubes and pendants vary due to them being natural stones and hand made on some, which makes them even more beautiful.
SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ALL ITEMS SHIPPED TO US ADDRESSES!
All orders are shipped Priority USPS (United States Postal Service).
If for some reason you are unsatisfied please contact us for any returns. We normally give store credit, however it will be the buyer’s responsibility for postage and return fees. All returns must be authorized ahead. Please call 1-814-297-7125 for authorization.
